The large language model runs on your PC, using an execution engine built into the app. As long as you use a model on "This PC", the content of your conversations and the files you work with are never sent to servers outside your organization.
More about how it runs inside your PC →Before rewriting, moving or deleting files, or running a command, the app shows what will change and asks every time whether it may proceed. Commands and tests are confined in a Docker container and run with the network disconnected.
How it keeps delegation safe →If you don't like the result after leaving a task to it, you can restore the workspace files and the conversation to the point before that request, and then redo the request.

For the Business plan, we issue serial codes under a contract. For environments that cannot use the Microsoft Store, we also provide an installation package (Windows) that does not go through the Microsoft Store. Mac and Linux versions are also available with the Business plan.

When you use a model on "This PC", the content of your conversations is sent neither to us nor to any other company, and is never used for training. When you use a model on a server you have specified through a remote connection, it is sent to that server.
No. An internet connection is required each time the app starts, to sign in and check your plan. The connection is needed only for these checks; your conversations and files are not sent.
Yes, but generation is much slower. It also runs on GPUs built into the CPU, and you can check in the model list whether a model can run.
Only when running commands or tests in isolation. All other features work without Docker.
You can chat with all of the basic model cards. Tools such as file operations are available on the Standard plan and above.
Mac and Linux versions are available with the Business plan. Please contact us.
You can check at any time with "Check for updates" in the account menu at the bottom left of the screen. In the Microsoft Store version, this opens "Downloads and updates" in the Microsoft Store; in the Business plan version that does not go through the Microsoft Store, you can download a new version on the spot if one is available. In addition, when an update becomes mandatory, a notice screen appears when the app starts.
When an unexpected error occurs, the location where it occurred and the type of error are sent to us. The content of your conversations, the contents of your files and the locations of your files are not sent. You can stop this with "Send bug reports" on the settings screen.
