(3) Customers in other regions

In addition to the other sections of this Policy, the following products and services handle information as follows.
(1) ChemGraphic 2
1. We collect account information (such as your email address), subscription information, data you save, and information about usage and defects,
and use it to provide the service, check subscription status, prevent unauthorized use, send important notices, and investigate and fix defects.
Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled by each store, and we do not collect it.
2. Structure information sent for calculations such as spectrum prediction is used only for the calculation, is not stored on our servers after processing is complete, and is not used to train machine learning models.
However, only when processing fails, it may be recorded for a certain period to investigate the cause.
3. Your account and saved data are deleted when the period set out in the ChemGraphic 2 Terms of Use has passed, or when you delete your account.
However, some information necessary to prevent unauthorized use is retained even after your account is deleted. This information does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your email address.
4. Emails necessary to provide the service, such as advance notice of data deletion and notices about your subscription or security, are sent regardless of whether you have consented. Emails for advertising or promotional purposes are sent only if you have consented.

2. We use account information of Contracting Parties and Users, information about registered devices, and usage information to provide the service, authenticate devices, prevent unauthorized use, and bill fees.
3. Administrators designated by the Contracting Party can view and export records of Users' operations (audit logs).
4. User information is handled in accordance with the instructions of the Contracting Party and the Kagima Beta Terms of Use.
(3) System development and the building and maintenance of local AI agents
1. Systems we develop and maintain may handle users' account information (such as email addresses), usage logs, and information about defects, for example to provide login features.
This information is used, in accordance with our individual contract with you, to provide and maintain the system and to investigate and fix defects.
2. If we come into contact with information in your environment in the course of our work, we handle it only within the scope and for the purposes set out in our individual contract with you.
3. We do not use the information in the preceding two paragraphs to train machine learning models.
(4) SimpleAppli-Agent
1. We collect account information (email address, sign-in method, etc.), plan status (usage status and expiration dates of serial codes, status of Microsoft Store subscriptions, etc.), and records of access to our servers (date and time, account identifier, type of operation, etc.), and use them to provide the service, check subscription status, prevent unauthorized use, and respond to inquiries.
Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled by the Microsoft Store, and we do not collect it.
2. Conversation content, workspace files and models are processed and stored on your PC and, except in the case of 3., are not sent to our servers. We do not use them to train machine learning models.
3. When you use a model on a server you have registered as a connection destination (hereinafter, "Remote Server"), conversation content is sent to that server and handled as determined by the administrator of that server. If the Remote Server is a server we build or maintain under an individual contract with you, it is handled in accordance with (3) and that contract. API keys for Remote Servers are stored in a secure storage area on your PC and used only to connect to that server.
4. To distinguish your PC, the App sends to our servers a value obtained by converting a value unique to the PC into a form that cannot be converted back to the original value (hereinafter, "Device Identifier"). For each account, we record Device Identifiers and the dates and times each device was first and last confirmed, and use them to prevent unauthorized use (including checking the number of devices in use set out in the Terms of Use). The value unique to the PC itself is not sent. A Device Identifier is deleted when 180 days have passed since the date it was last confirmed, or when the account is deleted.
5. To investigate and fix defects, when an unexpected error occurs in the App, the App sends to our servers information on where the error occurred (the location in the program), the type of error, the OS error number, the version of the App, the type of OS and the like. Conversation content, file contents and file locations (paths) are not sent. You can stop this sending with "Send bug reports" on the settings screen of the App.
6. When an account is deleted, we delete the account information and plan status on our servers. However, to prevent the reuse of serial codes, records of used serial codes (the date and time of use, the identifier of the account that used it, etc.) are retained even after the account is deleted. These records do not include information that directly identifies you, such as your email address.
